Pick your town, restaurant and food
Choose delivery or pick-up (if available). You also have the option to order ahead! Just schedule your delivery for a later time when checking out.
Pay online - we accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal
The restaurant receives your order and lets you know how much time they need to prepare the food.
We send a driver to deliver your food right to your door. Track your order once it leaves the restaurant.

Opening Hours
In most towns, our opening hours are 10am to 10pm.
You can find the restaurant opening hours when you click on the info button at the top of the menu, or see them displayed beneath the restaurant information on the main screen.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees range from $4 to $15.50, depending on the city and how far the delivery is. You can find the delivery fees when you click on the info button at the top of the menu, or see them displayed beneath the restaurant information on the main screen.
Tracking the Driver
You will be able to track your food once it’s on its way to you.
Payment Options
You can easily pay online with your credit card. We also accept Visa/Mastercard debit cards, as well as PayPal.
You can pay at the door in Brandon, MB, and Winkler/Morden, MB.
Store Coupons
We currently don’t accept any store coupons.
Feastify Gift Cards
We are working on giving you the option to purchase Feastify gift cards for your friends and family!
Delivery Zones: Is my area included?
To check if we deliver to your area, pick out the restaurant you would like to order from and click on the Info-Button at the top of the menu, it is the little I inside a circle. You’ll find the delivery zones and the delivery fees for each zone.
Delivery Time: How long will it take to get my food delivered?
The delivery time is set by the restaurant, depending how long they will need to prepare your food. We’ll tell you how long it’s going to take after you have placed your order and we’ll notify you should the delivery time change.
Can I order from multiple places at once?
Unfortunately it is not possible to order from two different places at the same time. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Who is delivering my food?
Our drivers in each town are independent contractors. They all have a valid driver’s licence and car insurance. Your food is in safe hands.
How can I become a driver?
Have a passion for driving or just want to make some extra money? Apply to become a driver here.

Do I have to tip?
Tipping is optional. There is a suggested 10% that can be modified up or down, however you see fit. The full amount goes directly to the driver delivering your food.
Who gets my tip?
The full tip amount goes directly to the driver delivering your food. For pickup orders, the tip goes directly to the restaurant.
Delivery Unavailable: When I try to order, I get a message that Feastify is not taking orders right now. Why is that?
Sometimes we get a little backed up and need to close a city down for a little while, so that our drivers can catch up.
You can always call or text our dispatch team (431-804-0871) to get more information about a specific city, or reach out through our chat function during opening hours.
My order was cancelled by Feastify, but my credit card was charged.
In rare cases we have to cancel orders because the restaurant is unable to prepare your food or because we are too backed up and would not be able to deliver your order in time. We will of course refund you in full. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund, depending on your bank institution.
My order was missed by the restaurant, but my credit card was charged
The restaurant receives your order and has a small time window in which they have to accept your order and let us know the delivery time. Sometimes restaurants get very noisy and the staff misses the incoming order, or they can’t accept it because they are too busy. The hold on your funds will automatically be reversed. Please allow a couple of hours for the reversal, depending on your bank institution.

App Issues and Bugs

I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
Please call our dispatch line (431-804-0871) as soon as you can with any cancellation requests. Refunds can take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days.
There is a temporary fuel surcharge that is given directly to the drivers to help them with the currently inflated gas prices.
The surcharge may fluctuate as the gas prices rise, lower and eventually stabilize.
Can I order alcohol through Feastify?
Yes you can! We currently deliver alcohol in Ontario and Manitoba. Just check for partners in your local restaurant selection.
The Bottle Drive Winnipeg
If you live in Winnipeg you can order alcohol though our partner app, The Bottle Drive.
Security checks when ordering alcohol
Drivers delivering alcohol have to be certified. They will check your ID and any other requirements when delivering your order.
Every restaurant provides us with their own menu and prices, so they might be different from in-store menus and prices. We have no influence over the prices the restaurants provide us with.
